Sagar (he/him) has been working in the development sector since 2017 on issues of gender, masculinities and sexuality. He specializes in creating reflective feminist spaces for young people to reflect on issues of gender, masculinities and sexuality. As a Co-Director The YP Foundation, he designs youth-led interventions with an intersectional, feminist and rights based approach, aimed at building young people’s leadership to become advocates of change in their own lives. He also focuses on the developing YP as a space for young people to learn, aspire and thrive in their journeys of become leaders in the sector.

He has studied English literature at Delhi University, and Sociology at Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD), and has also worked on oral history projects in Delhi neighbourhoods at AUD. Sagar likes to spend his free time cooking, napping, reading, and playing with cats and dogs at every chance he gets.
